Joe is a talented and seasoned executive with over 30 years of extensive experience in cloud services, information technology, cybersecurity, and data communications with a diverse background in both private / corporate as well as public sector settings. Joe formerly served as CIO of the New York City Law Department, the world’s largest public sector law firm, where he oversaw all infrastructure, set technology strategy and service delivery across the agency which spanned 18 offices throughout all 5 boroughs of New York City.
Henry Bayard has over 30 years of practical experience in messaging services. Mr. Bayard is currently employed at OpenText Corporation. He has held management positions in product management and strategic account development at ITT, Western Union and AT&T. Mr. Bayard is currently an account manager supporting Fortune 500 clients using OpenText’s Business Network cloud services. He has the financial industry through his involvement in the BAFT-IFSA financial forum (This sentence doesn’t make sense. Do you know the context?). He has held various positions in the forum, including board member. He is currently the Chairman of the BAFT-IFSA Supplier Committee.
Henry Bayard graduated from Marist College. He has attended Polytechnic Institute and the graduate executive management program at Carnegie Mellon.
Leonard Gangi is a business executive who is owner and principal consultant of QualSecure, a professional services consultancy for information technology, cyber security certifications, six sigma quality and business risk management initiatives.
A highly accomplished leader with significant and diverse business experience, Mr. Gangi earned his B.S.E.E. from NYU and has multiple professional accreditations for his information security, project management and quality program knowledge. His career spans operational and executive responsibilities within Fortune 500 companies as well as leadership positions within entrepreneurial (start-up) endeavors.
As a business and technology management professional with extensive leadership achievements, Len has a passion for inspiring technology teams that facilitate Product Management and Development, Professional Services, Quality Management (Six-Sigma), Network / Computer Operations and Customer Service.
Len's technical interests include Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Multi-Factor Authentication, Data Encryption, Business Continuity and Disaster Response Planning.

Konstantin MalkovSecure Messaging and AI
Dr. Konstantin Malkov is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer at 5nine Software, where he manages design and development of 5nine Virtualization Security Management and Compliance products. 5Nine was recently acquired by Acronis on November, 2019.
Previously Konstantin server as CTO for PWI, Inc. and privacyware.com, where he led the design of various security products – including ThreatSentry and PrivateFirewall. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Privacyware.
Between 1998 and 2005 Dr. Malkov served as a CTO for Internet Transactions Solutions which was acquired by ORCC.
Konstantin has also managed numerous commercial software development projects in the field of messaging, workflow, business analytics and security for various world-class organizations including AT&T, Gillette Company, Lucent Technologies, IBM, EasyLink Services, Premiere Global Services, Webroot Software, and many others.
Dr. Malkov is a recognized, international scientist and is co-founder of the Department of Non-linear Dynamic Systems and Control at the Moscow State University. He is a former professor of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at the Moscow State University and received his Ph.D in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from that institution.
Dr. Malkov has resided in the US since 1991.
Thomas Smith has over 25 years of experience in product and project management. Mr. Smith is currently employed at IEEE. Mr. Smith has held management positions in product management and project management at ITT, Western Union, AT&T, Xpedite Systems, Arkadin Inc., and IEEE. Mr. Smith is presently the IT Portfolio Manager for Information Technology, including responsibility for Information Technology Governance within IEEE. Mr. Smith has previously been involved with developing collaboration platforms, including application integration.
Thomas Smith graduated from Western Maryland College. He is a certified ScrumMaster.
